Local delivery times and availability will vary. ETAs serve as an estimate and are not guaranteed. Not all areas are serviced at this time. Please make certain you are present and available at time of delivery or item will be returned. Local delivery fees will not be refunded. Printed Name, Signature, and government issued ID required at time of delivery.

Please allow 24-48 hrs (business days only) for processing. If item is out of stock or unavailable you will be notified and remaining items will be sent. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Tracking number will be provided. Delivery times may vary.

Refunds

Unfortunately there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on hair extensions or beauty supply; Including but not limited to bundles, closures, frontals, and wigs. All items have been inspected for quality.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In the event you have received damaged goods please notify us immediately at info@atlantahairdelivery.com. Include your name, phone#, order#, photo and description of damaged goods. A representative will assist you with a store credit or exchange. Must be reported within 7 days.
