Order Processing

The system may automatically cancel an order if it is unable to verify billing information and credentials. Unfortunately, if this occurs we are unable to accept the original form of payment and the customer will be required to remit payment using an alternative method of payment. Please contact customer service for assistance with processing your order to avoid delay: 678.829.9633.

Unfortunately, when the system is unable to verify CVV or Billing Information it cannot capture the payment. This may create a "hold" on your bank statement. It will automatically reverse within 1-3 business days. You may place another order using a different form of payment or contact customer service for further assistance.

This is routine and used to validate orders. If you received a notification to complete please do so as soon as possible to avoid delay in the processing of your order.

We are a retailer of hair extensions and beauty supply which are manufactured outside of AHD. If you feel an item you received may be in fact defective please do not hesitate to reach out to customer service so that we can notify the manufacturers respectively. PickUp

You will receive a pickup confirmation notification via text or email. If you did not leave a valid contact method please contact customer service immediately to avoid delay in obtaining your package. Customer Service: 678.829.9633.

Once the package has been placed on hold you will have 3 days to pickup. If it is not picked up within that time the order will be canceled and item(s) restocked.

Delivery

We delivery within a 100 mile radius of Downtown Atlanta.

Yes, you must be present and ready to present your Driver's License or government issued ID. Unfortunately, we do not offer drop-offs/driver release at this time.

The driver will mark the package as undeliverable and it will be placed on hold for pickup for 3 days at the nearest pickup location. Failure to pickup will result in an order cancelation. Subject to restocking fee.

To keep our drivers safe, our drivers are unable to accept cash on delivery. All orders must be prepaid online prior to dispatching a driver for delivery.

Shipping

Yes, we ship to all states within the continental US. Simply select "USPS" at checkout and your order will be mailed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Unfortunately, we currently deliver within a 100 mile radius of Downtown Atlanta. To place an order, select USPS and we can mail it to you instead. Check back later to see if your area is eligible for delivery as we are constantly growing.

Hair Extensions

We sell top quality Virgin and Raw Brazilian hair extensions from East Asia.

Virgin hair is the most cost effective. It has a lustrious shine and can be lightened safely to 27/30. Raw hair is more dense, has thicker cuticles than virgin hair, more youthful donors and can be lightened safely to 613. It also has a lack luster shine that typically blends well with textured hair. Both virgin and raw are great hair extensions but raw hair is more durable, and altough it is slightly stiffer than virgin it typically lasts longer. However, with proper care both types can last up to 3 years or more.

4x4
5x5
7x7
Although 4x4 and 5x5 are our most popular sizes.

We carry 2 types:
13x4
13x6
13x4 is our most popular size. However, if you need extra parting space or have a larger headsize you may wish to opt for a 13x6. Please consult with your stylist if you are unsure prior to purchasing.

Swiss: Perfect for Light Brown Skin tones or darker. Least expensive. Can be tinted.
Transparent: Perfect for fair to lighter skin tones. Moderately expensive. Can be tinted.
HD: Perfect for ALL skin tones. Very thin/sheer. The most expensive and sought after lace. Can be tinted.

Where is My Order?

Packages are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of date order is received. Packages typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on the shipping service you selected at checkout. Please track your package via the carrier's website. This info is automatically emailed once your package has been shipped from our warehouse. If you did not receive shipping confirmation let us know. Once an order ships we no longer have the package in our possession. Please notify us if it has been more than 7 business days since the packaged shipped and it still has not yet been delivered. We can be reached at 678.829.9633.

We deliver in 1 hour windows. Please make certain you have allowed the driver the full 60 minutes to arrive. Occasionally weather and traffic can affect our commit times and cause delay. Please check your order confirmation email to ensure the correct address was provided at checkout. If so, check the carrier's website to see if it gave additional details as to where the package was left. (Ex. Delivered in/at mailbox, left with neighbor, left on Front Porch.)
